Clutton Cox Chipping Sodbury Property Lawyers and Solicitors has undergone numerous changes over its two hundred year history.
Thomas Jacques started it all when he set up his law practice in Bristol in 1794.
In 1895 Walter CLUTTON added his name to the company, but it was not until 1967 when Edgar Roy COX moved to Yate that the name CLUTTON COX & CO. was adopted.
Paul Hajek joined Clutton Cox & Co. in 1985 a few years after its move to Chipping Sodbury. Since 1991 the firm has been known simply as CLUTTON COX.
The tradition of the small law firm catering for the needs of the local community by offering the benefit of a specialist personal service is a tradition begun by Thomas Jacques which Paul Hajek is proud to continue.
