We have an opening in a starting position for a client concierge in our Chipping Sodbury and Thornbury offices.

We are looking for someone with a good personality who is friendly, energetic and enthusiastic and who loves working with people in a customer facing role.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and organised, with a strong work ethic who takes pride in what they do.
We are looking for someone to be the voice and face of our business to welcome the people who come into it and to make sure that they get what they are looking for.
Good communication and people skills will be essential as will good phone handling, keyboard and IT skills. Experience is not essential but common sense is.

Location: Chipping Sodbury and Thornbury.

Summary: One position initially between Chipping Sodbury and Thornbury.
Responsibilities: Greet clients/callers both in person and on the phone in a cheerful, personable and professional manner in line with our mission of creating great Client experiences.
Provide an extraordinary client experience by demonstrating attentiveness to clients’ needs.
Provide a cheerful contact for the internal staff and promote a positive work environment.
Ensure that the office is kept in a neat and clean condition and reflective of a professional work environment.
Manage office and kitchen supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office and kitchen area.
Ensure all letters and packages make the evening post.
Skills: An outgoing personality and desire to participate in a fun, but professional work environment.
The capacity to have a dialogue with team members and clients that demonstrates sincere caring.
Thrive on busy phones and lots of activity - must be able to successfully handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
Detail oriented and be a natural organiser.
The desire to make your environment neat and inviting.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
Probation period: 3 months from commencement date.
The hours will be 9.00am to 5.15pm weekdays.
Holidays will be 4 weeks in addition to the normal bank holidays, plus 2 to 3 days between Christmas and New Year.
