3. How can I be sure that what you say you charge will be what I pay at the end of  my transaction?

4. Is your work guaranteed?

5. How do you Bill and what are your terms?

We only bill you just before end of your transaction in Conveyancing; in stages in a Probate matter and in advance if your are ordering your Will online.

Our Terms and Conditions are clear and concise to give you peace of mind.

6. How quickly can I instruct you to act for me?

7. How long will you keep my quotation open?

Normally, 30 days, but if you contact us to say you are not quite ready, we'll happily hold your quotation for another month!

8. Do you offer "NO SALE, NO FEE"?

Yes, for your further peace of mind, you can protect against our abortive legal fees when you move, if through no fault of your own the transaction does not procced. This optional payment is £60 plus VAT per transaction.

9. What else can you do for me?

You can make your Will with us, and we can guide you through what to do (get a Grant of Probate or obtain Letters of Administration) when a loved one or someone close to you passes away.

We can help you with the difficulties faced when a friend or relative can no longer properly look after themselves

We do not advise specifically on Landlord and Tenant matters but can recommend another solicitor whose Landlord-Law website service www.landlordlaw.co.uk is one of best in this area.

If you have commercial premises you wish to let, or are yourself looking to lease premises from someone else, we can assist you safe in the knowledge that this is also covered by our FIXED FEE GUARANTEE with NO HIDDEN FEES
