Our charging philosophy at Clutton Cox is centred on fixed fees for all our work. Our Conveyancing fees are fixed fees with no hidden charges.

All the fees, including what are called disbursements (payments to third parties such as Stamp Duty, Land Registry fees etc.) will be included in a Financial Statement which you will be given prior to the Completion Date (i.e. the day you move out/into your home).
