Yes, for your further peace of mind, you can protect against our abortive legal fees when you move, if through no fault of your own the transaction does not procced. This optional payment is £60 plus VAT per transaction.
We do not advise specifically on Landlord and Tenant matters but can recommend another solicitor whose Landlord-Law website service www.landlordlaw.co.uk is one of best in this area.
